Using the projector
1. Touch the Crestron touch-screen to wake the system up and touch System Power.
2. Turn the projector on by pressing the On button under Projector.
3. If you want to use the podium computer, make sure both it and the monitor are turned on.
- The username is erooms
- The password is columbia8
4. Select your input device under Content Source
- PC is the podium computer.
- Laptop is for connecting your laptop using HDMI or VGA.
- DVD/VHS is the DVD/VHS player installed in the podium
4. Use the Mute, Up, and Down buttons under Room Volume to control the room speaker volume.
5. When you are done, please turn the projector off by touching the Off button under Projector.
Using a microphone
1. Touch the Crestron touch-screen to wake the system up and touch System Power.
2. The four microphones connected to the system are listed towards the top of the screen. They Are:
- Lectern
- Wireless Lav
- Wireless Hand
3. A microphone buttons displayed in green indicate that the system is listening for that microphone.
4. Use the Mute, Up, and Down buttons under Room Volume to control the room speaker volume.
