RICOH - How To Enable The Staple Feature For Color Copier MPC 5502

    • Under the Start menu, click the tab labeled Devices and Printers.

    • Right click the Ricoh copier you are using and select Printing Preferences.

  • Depending on which driver you have installed for the copier, there may be several ways to enable the automatic staple.
      • If your Printing Preferences window looks like the one below, navigate to the Finishing tab.Under the Finishing tab, select the location you would like to apply the staple under the Stapleheading.
      • If your Printing Preferences window looks like the image below, under the Setup tab, select the location to apply the staple in the Staple drop-down menu.
