RICOH - File Too Large/Scanning Issues On MP 5054

1. Enter the scanning menu using the green Scanner button.

 

2. On the left, select Scan Settings .

 

3. Enter the Resolution tab

 

4. Set the resolution to 200 dpi

 

5. Scan your document
