1. Access your PC's Devices and Printers folder by going to Start->Devices and Printers.
2. Click on Add a printer at the top of your Devices and Printers folder
3. The Add Printer wizard will appear. Click on Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.
4. The wizard will begin searching for available printers. If the printer you want is listed, select it and skip to step 7, otherwise select The printer that I want isn't listed
5. Click on the Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname radio button, and click on theNext button.
6. In the Hostname or IP Address field, type in the printer's IP address. The IP addresses of the four RICOH machines in the building are:
- 128.59.207.102 – RICOH 5000 machine in room 303
- 128.59.207.103 – RICOH 5000 machine in room 203
- 128.59.207.104 – RICOH 6000 machine in the ALP office
- 128.59.207.105 – RICOH 5000 machine in the ALP office
7. If the printer driver automatically installs, skip to step 8, otherwise select the printer using theManufacturer and Printers list.
8. Enter a printer name. This will be what your computer refers to the printer as, so try to make it descriptive
9. If you want this printer to be your default printer, check the Set as the default printer box. If you'd like to test the printer, click the Print a test page. When you're done click Finish
