Google Drive (LionMail Drive) allows users to share their files with other users within Columbia. You can access the shared files either through the web interface or through the Google Drive desktop application. If you are using non-Google files (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), you should continue to edit it as you would a normal file. Whenever you save a file in the Google Drive on your computer, Drive will automatically sync the file with its cloud version, no extra work required.
As always, please remember to adhere to the Columbia University Data Classification Policy.
