1. If the Crestron touch screen is off, touch it to wake it it.
2. Turn the projector on by touching the green On button
3. If you want to use the podium computer, make sure both it and the monitor are turned on.
- The username is erooms
- The password is union1836
4. Select your input device
- PC is the podium computer.
- Laptop VGA is for connecting your laptop. Make sure you plug in the attached audio cable as well.
- Laptop HDMI is also for connecting your laptop. It is high definition and doesn't require an additional audio cable.
5. Use the Vol Mute, Vol Up, and Vol Down buttons to control the room speaker volume.
6. When you are done, please turn the projector off by touching the red Off button
