1. Turn the projector on by pressing the On button
2. If you want to use the podium computer, make sure both it and the monitor are turned on.
- The username is erooms
- The password is union1836
3. Select your input device
- PC is the podium computer.
- Laptop 1 is for connecting your laptop using VGA. Make sure you plug in the attached audio cable as well.
- Laptop 2 is for connecting your laptop using HDMI. It is high definition and doesn't require an additional audio cable.
4. Use the Vol Mute, Vol Up, and Vol Down buttons to control the room speaker volume.
5. When you are done, please turn the projector off by pressing the Off button
