Recording a lecture
- Note that some of the buttons on this screen can take a long time to respond. Please give it time.
1. Touch the Crestron touch-screen to wake the system up and touch System Power.
2. Touch the Lecture Recording button to enter the lecture recording menu.
3. Touch Front USB under Save to:
- Make sure you have put a USB flash drive into the front usb port of the Crestron recording unit in the podium.
4. Select your Local Monitor Mode. This determines what is displayed on the podium monitor.
- Recorded displays the input from the camera.
- Content Only displays whatever you have selected under Content Source on the main menu.
5. Select your Foreground Image. This determines what is displayed in the foreground.
- Content displays whatever you have selected under Content Source on the main menu.
- Camera displays the input from the camera.
6. PIP Mode and PIP Size allow you to adjust the Picture-In-Picture settings.
7. If you want to change what the camera is pointed at, touch Done to return to the main menu and touch the Camera Controlbutton.
- The Camera Control menu has a number of useful presets, along with the ability to pan, tilt, and zoom the camera manually
8. When you are ready to record, press the Record button.
9. When you are finished recording, press the Stop button.
