RICOH - File Too Large/Scanning Issues On MPC 6004

1. Enter the scanner menu by selecting the green Scanner button.

 

2. On the right, select Send Settings

 

3. Change the Resolution to 200 DPI

 

4. Return to the Home screen and scan your document.
