SPSTech requires the following three conditions for granting administrative rights on SPS issued computers:
1. Business Justification
2. Approval of the justification from employee's manager
3. Approval from the department head
Once all three conditions are fulfilled, SPSTech will provide the admin rights on the staff computer
In order to keep a record, SPSTech will check Admin rights box on Samanage.
Admin rights may be revoked at anytime upon the following conditions:
1. If user removes any SPS standard software such as , LogMeIn, Samange, etc.
2. If user installs software which is not work related.
3. If user removes any admin users or changes any admin password.
4. If computer becomes infected with a virus or Malware as a result.
