Open the settings app from your Home Screen
Select Notifications
Scroll thru the list of Apps and select the desired app to set Notifications. You must do this for each app that you wish to change notification settings.
Each app will have an identical screen as below. Choose your desired Notification settings for each app.
NOTE: To avoid duplicate email notification you may turn off notifications for your LionMail account thru the Apple Mail app.
You may specify notifications for each email account you have connected to your Apple Mail App
