Google Backup and Sync is a software installed on every SPS laptop and the icon looks like the picture below. It’s normally placed in the desktop.
Another way to find this software is through the Windows search bar and type in “Backup and Sync from Google”
Launch the program and make sure it is configured correctly. If you see the below screen that means the account is not setup yet. Click on “Get Started” to setup the account or contact spstech@columbia.edu for assistance.
If Backup and Sync is configured then a Windows Explorer window will open the Google Drive Folder. You are all set.
