In order to map your G Drive, please follow the instructions below. Please note that you must be connected to the VPN in order to map any network drives. For instructions on how to connect to the VPN please look at this article:

Windows 10 Instructions
1. Click on the Search: box in the bottom left hand part of the task bar.
2. Type in This PC.
3. Left click on the This PC icon that appears and the below application should launch:
4. Click on the Map Network Drives button near the top of the screen and select the Map Network Drives selection from the drop-down menu
5. Select G from the drop down menu and enter \\c-usr.ais.columbia.edu\users\U\UNI in the Folder field (replacing the U with the first letter of your uni, and the UNI with your Uni, e.g. \\c-usr.ais.columbia.edu\users\j\js123). Click Finish
Windows 7 Instructions
1. From the Start menu, click Computer
2. Click Map network drive
3. Select G from the drop down menu and enter \\c-usr.ais.columbia.edu\users\U\UNI in the Folder field (replacing the U with the first letter of your uni, and the UNI with your Uni, e.g. \\c-usr.ais.columbia.edu\users\j\js123). Click Finish
